What sets me apart from other project management consultants is my experience on both the business and IT/IS sides of project management. I’ve spent years working in both of these areas, giving me a well-rounded perspective that allows me to deliver on target results to my clients.

On the business side, I have a deep understanding of driving business priorities and objectives from ideation to production. I know how to work with stakeholders to identify key requirements, establish timelines and budgets, and keep projects on track to meet business goals. I’m able to effectively communicate with executives, project sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure that everyone is aligned and working towards the same objectives.

On the IT/IS side, I have a strong background in software development and team cadence. I know how to manage software development projects, including tasks such as requirements gathering, software architecture design, testing, and deployment. I’m able to work closely with development teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget, and that the end product meets the needs of the business.

Having experience on both sides of the project management business gives me a unique perspective that I use on my clients’ behalf. I’m able to identify potential roadblocks and bottlenecks early on in the project lifecycle and proactively address them, ensuring that projects stay on track and that my clients achieve their desired outcomes.
