Opportunity To Order – Open Territories

About the Project: When client or prospect quotes are created for an account tied to an open territory, the quote / order fails in middleware to stamp product stir on asset lines. This causes manual time-intensive hot fix solutioning.

The focus of this effort was to build out functionality in Salesforce, fed with Master Data, for orders to proceed start to finish through the opportunity to order process when linked to an open territory (future state).
